By accessing and using traderninja.pro and purchasing any of our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the site after such changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

2. Service Description

TraderNinja.pro is a digital product sales platform, specifically automated strategies (NinjaScripts) designed for use with NinjaTrader 8. Our products include:

• Automated strategies in NinjaScript format (.zip)
• Technical documentation and PDF installation guides
• Basic technical support via email

3. Digital Products & License

By purchasing a product on TraderNinja.pro, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the NinjaScript in your own trading accounts.

Strictly prohibited:

• Redistributing, reselling, or sharing the files with third parties
• Publishing the source code or modifications on forums or social media
• Using the product in signal services or managed accounts without prior written authorization
• Reverse engineering for commercial purposes

4. Download & Delivery

All our products are digital and available for immediate download. After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the download link. The link is valid for 72 hours and allows a maximum of 3 downloads.

5. Technical Requirements

• NinjaTrader 8 (version 8.0.23.0 or higher)
• Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit)
• Active account with a NinjaTrader-compatible broker

6. Financial Disclaimer

• Results shown in screenshots or testimonials are illustrative and not guaranteed
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

7. Intellectual Property

All content on TraderNinja.pro, including texts, images, logos, strategy source code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of TraderNinja.pro and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TraderNinja.pro and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including trading losses or data loss. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller's place of residence. Any dispute shall be first resolved through direct negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, submitted to the competent courts.
