    Refund Policy

    Clear refund conditions for digital products.

    βœ“ Our commitment: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have a genuine technical issue with the product, we will work with you to resolve it or process a refund under the conditions described below.

    1. Nature of Digital Products

    All products sold on TraderNinja.pro are digital goods with immediate download delivery. Since the file is delivered instantly after payment and cannot be "returned" like a physical product, our refund policy applies specific conditions.

    2. Cases Where a Refund Applies

    βœ“ We will issue a full refund if:
    • The downloaded file is corrupt or damaged and we cannot deliver a functional replacement
    • The product does not work as described and our support team cannot resolve it within 5 business days
    • There was a billing error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount)
    • An accidental payment was made before downloading the product (must be reported within 24 hours)

    3. Cases Where No Refund Applies

    βœ— No refund will be issued if:
    • The product was already downloaded and the customer simply changed their mind
    • The customer does not meet the minimum technical requirements (NinjaTrader 8, Windows 10/11)
    • The customer expected specific trading results β€” strategies are tools, not profit guarantees
    • The issue is due to incorrect configuration by the user
    • More than 7 calendar days have passed since the purchase date
    • The customer has violated the license terms

    4. Refund Process
